By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App and must immediately stop using it.
Zeny is an AI-powered mobile application intended for adults aged 18 and older. The App allows users to interact with AI-generated avatars, AI characters, conversational AI features, and other synthetic or AI-assisted content.
You understand and agree that AI avatars, AI characters, messages, responses, images, voices, and other outputs generated through the App are created or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI avatars are not real people unless clearly stated otherwise.
By using the App or any of its features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the App.
The App is intended only for users who are 18 years old or older.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are under 18 years old, you are not permitted to access or use the App.
We do not knowingly allow users under 18 to use the App. If we become aware that a person under 18 has accessed or used the App, we may take reasonable steps to restrict access, delete the account, and remove related personal information as required by applicable law.
By using the App, you also represent that you are legally permitted to use the App under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information.
If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, you must not use the App.
The App provides AI-generated content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, unexpected, fictional, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your situation.
