These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the FUMOFF mobile app for iOS and Android (the “App”), operated by the developer of the App (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

FUMOFF helps you quit smoking and vaping. It counts your smoke-free time and the money you keep, shows general health milestones after quitting, offers a 3-minute breathing exercise for cravings, and lets you log cravings and slips. Your progress is stored on your device.

2. Not medical advice

• The App provides general information and self-help tools for educational and motivational purposes. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• Health milestones in the App are based on public sources such as the World Health Organization, the NHS and published studies. They describe typical changes after quitting smoking, not personal predictions. Individual outcomes vary, and vaping has no fixed recovery timeline.
• Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before quitting if you are pregnant, have a heart, lung or mental health condition, or take regular medication, and ask them about nicotine replacement or other treatments that can help.
• Stop the breathing exercise if you feel dizzy or unwell.
• If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, a mental health crisis or thoughts of harming yourself, contact your local emergency services immediately. The App is not an emergency or crisis service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Purchases are subject to the age and account rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our FUMOFF Privacy Policy, which explains what information the App handles and how.

5. FUMOFF Pro subscriptions

• FUMOFF Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription, offered weekly or yearly. The price and period are shown in the App before you buy, in your local currency, and may vary by country.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase or, if you start a free trial, when the trial ends.
• Free trial. If a free trial is offered (for example, 3 days on the yearly plan for new subscribers), you will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Auto-renewal. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
